Oh my god I can't believe I never uploaded this!!! This is the painting I did with

for the icon paintings at school! We were SOOOOO happy when we found out we could do Miyazaki! We had to pick three famous people we would want to paint and he was our number one. It had to be accepted by the principle though and oh my god when we found out she accepted... You should have seen the looks on our faces. We weren't expecting it.

This took a few weeks to do, its HUGE. I honestly don't remember how tall... 3 feet maybe? Well its big. I obviously did not paint it all since

was working on it as well. I did all of the characters around him, the bases for the background, and the outline for Miyazaki.

did Miyazaki and the detail to the background. I think she did more work than I did, but she likes to argue with me and say we did an equal amount.

It was in a showing during First Friday which here is something that happens every first friday of the month (Oh crap thats this friday o.o) where many different places all around and in Indy do things for the arts. We were put into a showing with all of the rest of the icon paintings from the two classes that did it. I found out from our teacher that ours was one of the most talked about and most liked. My dad even told me before he even knew it was the one I worked on he had already placed it in his top five. There were some AMAZING ones there, which actually I think I'll post at the end of this little paragraph haha, so you guys tell me who were the best ones and don't be biased!
